Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! From the front desk to the stylists themselves — to Katelyn and Brandon, owners — ROOTED is the best salon in the Lehigh Valley hands (combs?) down. The staff takes care to cultivate a beautiful, regenerative atmosphere, not only making clients feel at home themselves but curating an environment of friendliness with everyone who passes through the door. I actually love being in the chair and hearing the staff talk to clients as they come and go. ROOTED makes you feel a part of the community, and, for a mom of five who needs to email because she can’t ever get a moment’s quiet peace on the phone (ladies, you feel me), it matters. Love, love, love ROOTED and recommend them as the best. PS — let’s not forget those front door planters, though?! Swoon!
