Katelyn is amazing, as is her salon. It was my first time there and I felt very welcome and at home. I was greeted and offered coffee, and then Katelyn did an amazing job on my hair. It had been a year since I had it cut, so it really needed it. My head feels five pounds lighter now. She did a great cut and beautiful blowout. So glad I found Rooted!

Katelyn gave me a PERFECT cut and color that was just right for my hair. Her attention to detail, the way she really listens to her clients, her winsome personality, and the lovely atmosphere in the salon makes for a wonderful experience. I’m so glad my friend recommended Rooted. I’ve finally found a place where the owner’s expertise is top notch and her concern for her clients is genuine. I look forward to visiting again!

Because I prefer to keep my length and do not often get a haircut, I was worried about how my hair was going to turn out. I was in need of a cut, especially with the damage I had. However, Katelyn’s professionalism, knowledge, and kindness, reassured me that I was going to have a great experience. She listened to what I wanted in a style and my overall concerns. Also, she provided her input about what would look best with my type of hair. My hair turned out beautiful! I appreciated everything! Thank you, Katelyn!!

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! From the front desk to the stylists themselves — to Katelyn and Brandon, owners — ROOTED is the best salon in the Lehigh Valley hands (combs?) down. The staff takes care to cultivate a beautiful, regenerative atmosphere, not only making clients feel at home themselves but curating an environment of friendliness with everyone who passes through the door. I actually love being in the chair and hearing the staff talk to clients as they come and go. ROOTED makes you feel a part of the community, and, for a mom of five who needs to email because she can’t ever get a moment’s quiet peace on the phone (ladies, you feel me), it matters. Love, love, love ROOTED and recommend them as the best. PS — let’s not forget those front door planters, though?! Swoon!

Goodness!!! I feel like a new woman! Katelyn just gets me and just gets my hair. Love going to see the crew at Rooted. All so talented and have all perfected their craft. I love going to Rooted! The vibe of the salon and all of the staff are amazing. I always feel relaxed and love the way I look when I leave! Their work is always high quality and the salon is always in tip top shape. Highly recommend!

Thank you Katelyn, Brandon and the entire Rooted team at Rooted for always going above and beyond. I have loved every cut, blow dry, and color I’ve ever had. Yesterday was no exception! Katelyn is a master artist with hair! Brandon is tops when it comes to treating you like a VIP which let’s be honest folks – is really what takes an experience to the next level. There is nothing better than being treated like you are like family. Hands down – I highly recommend Rooted!

I can’t say enough good things about Rooted. I recently moved from New York, and needed to find a new stylist after having the same one for over 10 years. Luckily I found Katelyn! She also gave my six year old daughter a fantastic new haircut that she loves. We will be clients for as long as we’re living in the area, which I expect to be a long time.
